Weekly Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are offered regularly at Namaste!
Classes are $10 unless otherwise noted.
Restore
Restore is a class designed with gentle floor based sequences using blankets and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.

Yoga Basics
Whether you are new to yoga or refreshing your practice, this class will guide you through basic poses, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices. Yoga Basics is taught at a comfortable pace, helping pratictioners build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their practice.

Core Express
Only a 30 minute class, Core Express is going to make you feel the burn! This is a fast and furious workout with Patty that is going to strengthen and tone your core. Try this high energy and upbeat class made to fit into your busy day.

YoTone
The perfect balance of weights and yoga poses to tone your muscles! YoTone flows from posture to posture while offering strength and endurance through a variety of poses and execises. This dynamic yoga class is designed to make you sweat.

Power
Get ready to feel the power in this vinayasa fusion class that incorporates light weights (may vary). You will amp your prana as you move through a series of poses in a warm room. Power will give you an energetic start to your day!

Sweat
In Sweat, we are going to make you do just that with a 60 minute hybrid vinyasa alignment flow class. Sweat is taught in an desert climate room with rockin tunes. Rock out, work out, and sweat it out in this class!

Hot Flow
Hot Flow is turning up the heat (literally!) with a vinyasa flow class in a 90+ degree room. This class offers a series of poses and builds on the foundation set in classic postures. All postures can be modified to meet the needs of both beginners and more experienced students

Stretch & Roll Series
This course is designed to help relax your muscles and relase stress. Each class will go through a sequence is designed to target different muscle groups. Throughout the course, you will learn techniques to reduce tension throughout your body.
Dates: April 3 - May 15 (No Class April 10)
Time: Thursdays 5:15pm - 6:00pm & 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Circuit Series
Get up and moving with our Circuit Series. Various workouts will be taught throughout the course from arms to legs to full body. Using hand weights and other props, get ready to sweat and build strength.
Dates: April 2 - June 2
When: Mondays & Wednesdays
Sessions: 6:00pm - 6:30pm & 6:45pm - 7:15pm

2025 Yoga Immersion Series
A yoga immersion is an opportunity to be in community and deepen your yoga practice through theory, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, mantra and asana. Darren Rhodes will be joining us for a weekend long workshop in March
Join us for two Saturdays each month to build strength, community, and mindfulness.
2025 Immersion Dates: Feb. 15, Mar. 1 & 14-16, Apr. 5 & 12, May 3 & 17, Jun. 7 & 21
Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Except Friday, March 14 which is 5:30pm - 8:30pm)
