Weekly Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are offered regularly at Namaste!
Classes are $10 unless otherwise noted.
Yogahour
Yogahour is an all levels Hatha yoga class designed with focuses on strength, stretch, and alignment. Variations are available for poses to allow practitioners to move at comfortable pace. Suitable for all levels, Yogahour encourages self awareness and mindfulness while building strentgh and improving flexibility.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:45am
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is designed with gentle floor based sequences using blankets and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.
Tuesdays at 5:15pm
Yogahour101
Whether you are new to yoga or refreshing your practice, this class will guide you through basic poses, breath awareness, and mindfulness practices. Yogahour101 is taught at a comfortable pace, helping pratictioners build strength, flexibility, and confidence in their practice.
Wednesdays at 4:30pm
Flow
Vinyasa is an alignment flow based yoga class. Be ready to move and sweat as you move through a sequence of fluid poses that will leave you feeling energized.

2025 Yoga Immersion Series
A yoga immersion is an opportunity to be in community and deepen your yoga practice through theory, yoga philosophy, anatomy, meditation, mantra and asana. Darren Rhodes will be joining us for a weekend long workshop in March
Join us for two Saturdays each month to build strength, community, and mindfulness.
2025 Immersion Dates: Feb. 15, Mar. 1 & 14-16, Apr. 5 & 12, May 3 & 17, Jun. 7 & 21
Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm (Except Friday, March 14 which is 5:30pm - 8:30pm)

Stretch & Roll Series
This course is designed to help relax your muscles and relase stress. Each class will go through a sequence is designed to target different muscle groups. Throughout the course, you will learn techniques to reduce tension throughout your body.
Dates: February 20th - March 27
Time: Thursdays 5:15pm - 6:00pm & 6:15pm - 7:00pm

Circuit Series
Get up and moving with our Circuit Series. Various workouts will be taught throughout the course from arms to legs to full body. Using hand weights and other props, get ready to sweat and build strength.

Workshop with Darren Rhodes
Namaste welcomes guest instructor Darren Rhodes for an weekend-long Mini-Immersion workshop in March.
Dive deep into your practice and immerse yourself in a weekend of yoga. Surround yourself with our community while building strength and mindfulness through practice. During this workshop, Darren will be focusing on articulation of alignment.
